World Pangolin Day Celebration

Pangolins are the most illegally traded mammal in the world. Numbers of all eight pangolin species are dropping rapidly as poachers extend their reach from Asia to Africa. In the past decade alone, an estimated one million pangolins have been removed from the wild, yet most people don't know they exist.

Harvard College Conservation Society is teaming up with the Harvard Museum of Natural History to inform the public about the species by celebrating World Pangolin Day! Events will include a short documentary, trivia competition with prizes, and pangolin inspired art. All donations gathered will be donated to pangolin conservation organizations.
