"Living Sustainably" Yoga and Kitchari Cooking Class

Celebrate Spring with Food Literacy Project, Harvard Office for Sustainablity, and Harvard Vegan Society! Join us for a "Living Sustainably" workshop. Vinyasa yoga teachers Lacey Gibson and Natasha Gayl will teach a grounding, all-levels yoga class (4-6:15) before leading a plant-based, Ayurveda kitchari cooking demo and tasting (6:30-7).
