Undergraduate Education and Outreach Coordinator, FAS Green Program

Kelsey joined the Office for Sustainability as Undergraduate Education and Outreach Coordinator in June 2014. Kelsey has focused on strengthening OFS’ partnerships across the College, in an effort to improve our student’s outreach and community impact. In addition to her duties managing our Resource Efficiency Program, Kelsey has developed strategic tools and programming to improve student leadership development and learning. In addition to her work, Kelsey serves on the Board of Freshmen Advisers and mentors new students at the College in their transition to Harvard, as well as the Board of Curators for the Student Sustainability Leadership Symposium in New England.

Before coming to Harvard, Kelsey worked and traveled extensively throughout Asia, completing internships throughout India and Indonesia, as well as a Fulbright Fellowship in Terengganu, Malaysia. While in Malaysia, Kelsey was formally recognized by the U.S. Embassy for her contributions to cultural exchange in the region.

Kelsey is completing her Ed.M. at Harvard Graduate School of Education in International Education and Diplomacy, with focuses on promoting and improving international educational exchanges and creating opportunities for student leadership development. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brandeis University with a degree in Sociology, Fine Arts and Peace and Coexistence Studies. Kelsey loves to explore new restaurants and the ocean floor as a SSI certified Advanced Adventure diver.
