I am an admitted candidate for the Master's of Sustainability at the Harvard Extension School with a concentration of Corporate Sustainability, Innovation and New Product Development. I am the Co-President for the Harvard Extension Environmental Club. I went to St. Olaf College (Go Oles!) and consider myself a Midwesterner. Food is one of my favorite passions and, admittedly, is something I took for granted in years past. Now, I wish to help in the locavore, health-driven movements surrounding food. We need to keep the momentum going so that we have enough for future generations.
