Outside Interests: While environmentalism is an important part of her life, Lacombe is also passionate about international health and development. She founded a non-profit social enterprise called SweetBag that sells socially responsible handbags and accessories. SweetBag will soon incorporate eco-friendly product design into its business model. “Sustainability means that you are behaving in a way that not only preserves the environment and your surroundings during your own lifetime, but in order to provide the same or better environment for future generations; I believe it is about actively protecting the earth's valuable resources,” Lacombe said.
