Our portfolio includes four LEED certified properties and sustainability is integrated into all of our building operations and maintenenance practices. Strategies include energy and water conservation measures, low-VOC cleaning and building supplies, organic landscaping, on-site renewable energy projects, sustainability welcome bags, and extensive waste reduction services.
We strive to provide our residents with the best living experience while here at Harvard. As a part of that goal and our shared goal of improved environmental performance, we offer specialized events throughout the year and an array of tools for success.
Our team is highly knowledgeable and equally committed to sustainability. Harvard University Housing has a dedicated Green Team, regularly holds sustainability-themed training sessions, and all of our administrative and field offices are Leaf Four Harvard Green Offices.
