The FAS just launched this year’s annual Sustainability Pledge, and this year, we’re taking a different tact. As the holidays approach, we often take time to think about those less fortunate than ourselves. Recognizing that climate change is expected to hit the poorest nations of the world the hardest, we’ve asked our staff to think about how their individual choices have long, if seemingly indirect, impacts on the rest of the world, and to pledge to do at least three things to mitigate their environmental footprint.
