How to Submit Toons
Deadline
Entries (including cartoon and submission form) must be received by 5 PM on March 5th, 2009. We will confirm your entry after receiving all necessary information (see below "What to submit"). You must provide a completed submission form for each entry. Each student's name can be associated with up to three entries.
Submission
Please be sure to keep a digital or paper copy of your cartoon and completed submission form!

Electronic submission of cartoons
Files must be in jpeg, gif, or pdf format with a resolution of at least
300dpi (if hand drawn we will also need the original).
By houses and dorms
You can also give your submission to your house REP. Contact your house REP for information on drop-off and/or directions to the OFS office. You can find your house REP's contact information here or on the eco-board in your house. If you are a freshman, please contact your yard REP. If necessary, ask your proctor or the eco-reps in your dorm for more information.
What to submit:
- Cartoon. Entries can consist of 1 to 8 frames. They can be black-and-white or color. The maximum size we accept is 8.5 x 14. If hand-drawn we need the original. If computer produced we accept a digital file in jpeg, gif, or pdf format with a resolution of 300dpi or higher. Please sign or initial the artwork in the lower right hand side corner. If your cartoon is in the form of Flash animation, please also submit a storyboard with the above specifications so
we can display the entry in our exhibitions. - Submission form (one per cartoon or flash animation)
- Info sheet. Submissions that are based on special knowledge should be accompanied with a referenced information sheet. Also, if you would like to explain the concept or message behind your cartoon, please do so on the information sheet.
